Without a doubt Elliot is one of the best teams this region has seen in awhile, I really enjoy watching them play,and I have talked to many area school families,officials and fans who believe the same way I do. All the kids need to do is play the game an needs to all 1 fatherdo is to keep his loud opinions to himself

 

You need to go back to England if you want to be where a man can't voice his opinion whether loud or soft, right or wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personally, in my own opinion I dont think Elliott has any more of an attitude than any of the other teams in the galaxy!! whether it be NBA, NCAA, High school or elementary!! I have watched all levels of all types of sports for thirty five years and I honestly cant remember a game that there wasn't players complaining to officials, arguing with other player's, and most of the time from both team's!!! I can kindly see a person who has never competed in high adrenaline sports not understanding though!! As for my ownself if I thought a team was to whiny or complainy:D I definately wouldn't support or watch them, and I'd say they wouldn't be to heartbroken over it. They probably would survive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

One more thing: If you have ever walked through the humongous Spiece Fieldhouse in Fort Wayne Indiana you will see a 4' by 4' poster of Dr.J and

Larry Bird during a pro game with their hand's around each other's throat!!!

I would say the Elliott Co boy's are pretty calm and mild mannered.

I would agree that Elliott CO boys do seem to be calm no matter the situation. They do seem not to like to Lose which is good.

Elliot Co. competed at the latest Blue-Chip camp as a team and did very well playing against some of the best players from the south and around the United States. From what ive watched of Elliot they are a 100% team they never stop and never give up, yea they argue some calls but what team dont? the thing is they are arguing because they expect to win and want to win and thats a quality that alot of teams have lost. I love the way that Elliot plays i wish i could get my team to play like them:ylsuper:

I saw Shelby Valley in Frankfort at the BGC and they looked good. They pass the ball really well and communicate on defense which makes up for their lack of size. I was impressed with how well they handle pressure and knock down shots in transition. I haven't seen the other two teams this summer.

It is easy ,read coach Pitino's book on coaching.Shoot 100 times a game and play help man-to-man defense.

I hope the Elliott team comes out in Dec. ready to beat up on the teams in the 16th. If they do back to Rupp they go.!

You sure about that??????? You just posted on first page #2 post that they were selfish and just out for themselve's. I don't see them making it back if they are playing the way you say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know about summer play, which is totally different than seasonal play, but the Elliott County team I saw at the State Tournament in March was definitely not selfish, imo. They were really enjoyable to watch.
