June 21, 200719 yr Griffey sells tickets. You trade Griffey, and alot of fans will stop coming to games. It would be a dumb move for the Reds. I think people would be VERY happy paying top dollar to see the finest catching rotation in baseball. :thumb: :lol:
June 21, 200719 yr Author Votto is one of the Reds bigger prospects. He is currently hitting 310, 9 HR, 41 RBI in Louisville. Just no place to put him on the roster right now with Conine and Hatteberg doing pretty good jobs. Hopefully a spot will be open for him next year. I always thought Hatteberg was a catcher? Is he just so banged up that they couldn't make him a back-up catcher and either trade or release Moeller and Valentin? That would allow Conine to start, and Votto to work his way into the everyday line-up.
