Huh?

I have a friend that lives in Trotwood and the last time I talked with him he stated he had a couple grandsons playing ball and I was wondering if they had contined playing. Their last name would be " Page".:thumb:

Fern Creek will be attending the 7 on 7 at UK. Higgins is wasting no time in his attempt to build a major program at Fern Creek. They were in the U of L tourney, The Male tourney both days and are at WKU this weekend. I would venture to guess that is not what the kids in that program are used to in the summer. I don't recall ever seeing them in any 7 on 7 other than U of L in the past.

Just found out that Trotwood will NOT be at UK this weekend.

Instead they are going to Ohio State. On Friday and Saturday. Seems that the Buckeyes are hot on three Trotwood Players.

And have been pushing hard for the Rams to come to their place instead of going out of state to UK. Ohio State is an invitation only elite tourney.

I guess the Rams will have to wait until week 2 to see what Kentucky football is all about.

Our last passing tournament tomorrow at UK. Should be a good one. Our Warriors have really had an active last 3 weeks. With trips to EKU,Purdue, Vandy. and WKU. Alot of individual players have also attended speciality camps. It has been a blast. The team has really progressed and had alot of fun in the process. Southwestern's is very proactive program with great support from it's Booster Club, Administration, Alumni, and Fan base...We have really enjoyed this year's Passing Tourneys, as they all have been well staffed and very professional. Thanks to "ALL" involved...:thumb:

The Rams were a no show??????????

So were the Somerset Briar Jumpers. Good passing tourney for our Kids. The Warriors went 5 wins before losing to a powerful South Carolina team. All the Staff at UK were helpful and extended great hospitality. In the Lineman competion SWHS finished 3rd in the field of probably 20 entrys. A great day loaded with lots of fun...:thumb:

who ended up winning up winning the tournament?

Shelby Co. beat Greenville, Sc. in the finals

Has a Louisville/Louisville area school won every major 7 on 7 tournament so far? Manual twice and Shelby County once.

Lexington Catholic had a good showing..but fatigue set in. They attended Uk's 7 on 7 camp and played a tournament on friday night. They ended up going 23-3 over the course of 3 days. They got beat out in the final four to eventual champion Shelby County.

Anyone know who won the big man challenge.

The Rams were a no show??????????

Yes, as stated above, They went to Ohio State. And the Buckleyes offered 3 Rams after the tourney. QB Britt, TE/WR Moore, and RB Shaw. Moore and Britt are committed to Michigan adn UC, and Shaw will soon commit to Penn St or Michigan. So I doubt OSU gets any of these guys.

Any idea what his name is? Everytime I glanced at their game (no idea what their record was) I saw him "mossing" someone!

If Ohio State offered 3 players from Manuel then they should be the favorite to win 6A this year. Must be nice to have that kind of talent. What was their record last year?

I may be wrong, but I think he was referring to Trotwood-Madison, not Manual.
