Way to go Ben! He was expected to go in the mid 40's but he was selected by the Minnesota Twins with the 28th pick of the draft! Congrats to Ben

Any word on the Brackman kid from Moeller/N.Carolina ST. ?

I think he went to my Yankees! ;)

Yep, he did.

Wow! huge congratz to Ben.

Congratulations to Ben....he's a great kid and a great player and deserves all of this attention. That's 3 first round draft choices out of Lexington in the last 10 years, folks....pretty amazing!

Wow congratulations!!!!!!

That's great. Shows you what speed means to baseball. Love to see Kentucky kids get a chance at the next level.

Can you say major league talent? WOW! The scouts think so. Good luck to Mr. Revere as you pursue your dreams.

Great to see he went so high, He's got a lot of talent and hopefully he'll represent KY to the fullest. Plus now I can say I struck out a Major Leaguer. Good luck to him and I hope he makes the best of his opportunity!

Very surprised to see him drafted that high...last I looked, Baseball America had him going in the fourth round to Milwaukee.

Congrats to Ben nevertheless!

ESPN analyst Keith Law is calling this the worst pick in the 1st round. He claims Minnesota would have several opportunities to get him later.

The analyst I was listening to was calling it a good pick! Saying Revere was "one of his favorite players in the draft."

Good luck Ben!
