Restaurants in Cincinnati

Featured Replies

I agree the Precinct, Montgomery Inn, et al., are excellent choices.

For seafood, I'll still take Mike Fink's. great view, great raw bar etc. Mitchell's and Chart House are good as well.

Hard to believe no one has mentioned Grand Finale. It's truly one of the city's best restaurants and has been for several decades. For my money, you still can't beat it.

I havent ate a lot of these places but Montgomrey Inn is great.

On the Ohio side, Red Fish and Allyn's Cafe were two of my faves. Chez Nora was a Covington fave, as well as Dixie Chili.
Redfish was one of my favorites it closed about a year ago. There is a bar names Sully's there now.
I've never heard of it.

That's a shame. It's at the top of the food chain for Cincy area restaurants. While not as trendy as some, it's also not ever become too stogie like the Masinette, and Celestial may have.

Ok, where is it?

Is that the one in the Hilton?

I've never heard of it either. Where is it located?

Two of my favorites are Bluebird Diner and Anna's Family. They are located beside each other in Norwood on Montgomery Road. Country style food. LaRosas is across the street.

And you'll enjoy some terrible Italian food.

My thoughts exactly...ate there one time after moving to NKY. Several folks had recommended it, but after eating there I just assumed no one in Cincinnati actually knew what a good Italian resta raunt was...at least none of the people I talked to did.

Dee Felice in Covington was the best restaraunt my wife and I visited while we lived there. It remains a favorite that we always try to get to when we are in the neighborhood.

The Golden Coral is pretty good as well. I think in Covington.

I did not know they had closed. That's a shame.

Agreed. I find Pompillio's terribly overrated. A restaurant alot of people don't know about is Knotty Pine. It's a delicious cajon restaurant right off the AA.
LOVE the Knotty Pine!!! :thumb:
