A hearty congratulations to Ben "Tank" Schlosser, offensive line stalwart for Highlands, in signing with Centre College, the "Harvard of the West". I was watching ICN6 last night and thought I was having a flashback to 1976! (lol). Great school! Good luck in Danville...you'll be walking in big footsteps down there, as your Daddy was a BMOC! (LOL).

You've also left big shoes at HHS for for lil' brother to fill (all in due time!). Good luck on D. (...kill the man wit da' ball!):dancingpa

Congrats to Ben, good luck at Centre. Great school, great football tradition, tremendous opportunity. Make the best of it.

 

Congratulations to Mom and Dad Schlosser, too. I know you are extremely proud, and deservedly so. :thumb:

Congrats to Ben!!! I missed the ICN6 program but I'm sure it will be on again or maybe Mom and Dad have a copy for me to see. Ben doesn't have to worry about filling the old man's shoes he'll do just fine at Centre. I saw him last night and he looks like he has been spending a lot of time in the weight room. Remember Ben, you have one thing going for you that your Dad didn't...Your Mom's temperament!!!

...I seemed to detect a little of Grandpa Schlosser's "ornery" in the young man...but make no mistake, he's no "Candy" (LOL) !!!

Yeah, but unfortunately he looks just like papa! Ben, best of Luck to you @ Centre. This time, we are all pulling for you! Enjoyed watching you play throughout you highschool career. What a great institution and fantastic opportunity. You make'n your parents proud!
