May 2, 200719 yr Opinions? Phil did good... Jordin looked lost out there... Definitely wasn't feeling this performance. Lakeisha did AWESOME IMO with a song that I'd never heard before. Blake did something to "You Give Love a Bad Name" that I never in my life thought I would hear... It was extremely original... And I liked it. Chris sang a song that I've always personally hated, so I'm too bias to evaluate him... But it sounded pretty karaoke. Melinda... I don't think she was extremely impressive this week, but she's not a rocker so it's OK. 2 people going home... Who's it going to be? Jordin and Chris IMO.

Yeah, I think he's safe... He did "Blaze of Glory" and it was pretty good. Everybody did good with the exception of Jordin and Chris.. I think last week's charade with Jordin is still on her mind.

It's not that I think he is the best, but it is pretty neat to know that someone who is on that show I was pretty good friends with for a while. But he has done good for himself and another week would be great.

What I liked about her performance was when she was so up front with everyone when she said that this wasn't her best performance and that she isn't a rock singer. You couldn't have asked for anyone to have been more honest. I think she was still feeling what they did to her last week and I still think that what they did to her is inexcusable. My "dream" pick of who would go home would be Melinda, Chris and I'd throw Phil in there for good measure!!!!
May 2, 200719 yr Jordin should be safe. She really did a great job last week and should have been one of the leading vote getters. She even had the audience give a standing ovation half way through the song. Rock just isnt her thing.
