Gillispie signed Jordan, a 6-foot-11 center, to play for Texas A&M. April 12, 200719 yr I watched an interview with him last night (I can't remember who did it) and he left the door open. He said he planned on staying at A&M right now but he wasn't closing all of his doors.

He's at A&M unless he requests a release. A&M isn't going to release him without his asking for it. Doesn't really sound like he's coming unless A&M ceases to have a basketball program.

He was also just on WAVE3 and said he would meet with new A&M coach next week. He was asked if UK would be a top choice if he decided not to stay at A&M, he said "it's a possibility."
