Track The Reds...

Featured Replies

If I were trying to get swept I would play like the Reds.

What's more frustrating is that the Reds got A LOT of 2 out hits and did little things to get a run or two in. I know you can't ALWAYS get the run, but it seems like everything that went rather well the first 2 series, at least on offense, has gone completely out the window the last 2 days.

All the runs last night were off Homers, and the night before were off base knocks, the reds can't play small ball.

Small ball starts with Ryan Freel, and right now Freel couldn't hit a beach ball with a Fred Flinstone whiffle ball bat.

It still early, if the Reds somehow can pull one out tonight and win two out of three at Chicago, they will be 3-3 on this road trip and head back home for a 7 game home stand.Games with Mil.,Hou.and Phi.

Has anyone started the official countdown to Junior's first extra-basehit of the season? Maybe we should get one of those things our Moms had in December where you opened a door everyday and got a little surprise? That'd be cool. Since he'll probably sit tonight to get Hobbs another start, and they're off tomorrow, I'm taking Saturday. I know, I know, I'm an optimist.

Do you think he'll ask for the baseball? I'm just wondering....

  You don't like him, we get it, let's move on....

Narron shows once again that he can't manage a ballgame. That is just stupid baseball. :madman: :madman:

The man will lose you 8 ball games a year by himself(minimum). The Reds will never, EVER win with this imbecile as manager.

Fill me in on Narron? What did he do last night to cost them the game?

I'm sick of Narron ball. The Reds need a Sweet Lou type of manager.

Narron will lose you 8 games a year by himself; Lou will win you 8 a year. The best signing the Reds could have made in the offseason was sign Sweet Lou.

Fill me in on Narron? What did he do last night to cost them the game?

Top 11th, 1st and 2nd no outs. EE at the plate and he attempts to bunt one pitch. He has a 3-1 count and instead of trying to sacrifice the runners over he gives him the swing away sign and he pops up to the catcher....

Chris Welsh is brutal...the "Emcee" is worse.

Welsh's line of the night:

After Chad Tracy hit a seed out to right for a 3-run Johnson, Welsh said, and I'm quoting, "...that wasn't a good pitch." Really? Thanks Chris, letter high fastball with first base open and a righty on deck, that isn't a good pitch? Super analysis. Spot on.

Welsh is the King of stating the obvious.

Did he miss the 1st bunt attempt or was the pitch a ball?

Narron was not the one that couldnt get the bunt down, does Narron do things i don't agree with yes, but overall i think he is a solid manager.

You are kidding, right? Solid?

Sorry UKMF and C-A-T-S, I'll stop any attempts at humor at Mr. Griffey. Perhaps when his hand / wrist heals he'll start pulling the ball.

By the way, I'll assume the rolling eyes and snoozing should indicate to me that you don't think he'll ask for the baseball?
