May 27, 200719 yr Once again. Narron has become the scape goat, but with or without him you get the same result. Bob Boone, Dave Miley, Jerry Narron, ______ ________..... No other team would touch any of those three as a MLB manager. The Reds won't become good overnight, but a new manager is the right start IMO....
May 27, 200719 yr The Reds don't have a great record in games decided by 2 runs or less or a good record in games they have been trailing after 7. BUT the Reds are 10-2 when scoring 7 or more runs, so that's a positive. lol The Reds have given up 10 or more runs 5 times this year, 4 times this month.

There are guys out there that would be great managers, but the Reds refuse to pay the money needed.
May 27, 200719 yr The extra point is good and Pittsburgh goes up 14-9. Hopefully Carson can lead the offense down the field and win the game late. Brantley can make excuses, Majewski is not going to be a good big league pitcher, I know he is just got back and he was hurt last year. But this kid has shown NOTHING. I will be the first one to say I'm wrong if he manages to make it through the rest of this year being effective and off the DL.
