Noah's pet name for UK

Featured Replies

You mean, like what I've been reading about Noah that UK fans have posted?

You mean, like UK fans calling Duke Puke?

You mean, like calling Cincinnati Thugs?

Did any of UK PLAYERS say these things? We aren't media and we aren't on the team. There's quite a difference between a player calling another team names and a fan.

So, it's OK to be a classless fan, but not a classless player?

I can't stand this arrogant guy. There's nothing about him to like, he's overhyped, he's got an ugly set of hair, and I wouldn't want him on my team.

I disagree. Putting down your opponent isn't classy and tends to make bulliten boards in lockerrooms.
I don't think Shipwright is worried about that at this point. You can't come back with 'bulletin board' if there's no force behind it...

Arrogant or confidence? 6-0 run Vs UK. 17 points and 10 rebounds and he is over-hyped? I would hate to see what he would have done if he lived up to all his hype.

BTW, what does someone's looks have to do with them playing basketball?

What does that have to do with college basketball? Sounds like sour grapes.

The thread isn't about college basketball. The thread is about Yanic Noah Jr. The only sour grapes I get are with people who don't really care about the subject, but still make posts just to instigate trouble.

For the record, I'm not trying to instigate anything. I think it's awful, just awful, what some UK fans are posting about Noah. I think it's just as classless as what everyone is accusing Noah of being. In fact, I think most of the comments are much more distasteful than what Noah called the Cats. And, since these comments by UK fans about Noah have been going on long before Noah called the Wildcats, KittyKats, I have a really hard time holding it against him for getting a small dig back. I think UK fans, while downplaying his importance, are frankly jealous that they don't have a player of similar talent, passion and exuberance on their team.

4) I would knock his teeth out in the first 5 minutes of the game....

When and IF he makes it to the NBA, the first time he opens that hole in his face that he calls a mouth he will either end up in about the fifth row of the stands or in the tread of Shaq's shoe. Which will prompt Shaq to say "Eeeew, where did I step in that?"

UK should call Noah, "Daddy".

Good One!!!

No you missed the point. The thread is about Noah's relationship with UK. If the kid never plays a minute in the NBA, how does that change the fact that he has owned the Cats? Why bring his future in the NBA up in this thread? FYI, your use of the term "sour grapes" makes no sense.
