Sure, its probably an issue for 2% of fans out there, but to claim RACE is the reason, and not, oh... say... being FOURTH in the SEC EAST and UNRANKED for basically two years is ridiculous. What about black people who think its time for Tubby to go? I know a few of them. Are they racist too? I would have to say it is more than 2%. I believe one on the main reason for why people hate Tubby so much is because they never wanted him here in the first place. So now after the first 8 years, they finally have something to actually hold on to, to complain about. So I do think race is sort of an issue, because that was the reason why ALOT of people didn't want him here in the first place....

Yes there are undoubtedly people who dislike Tubby because he is black. However, the VAST majority of people who are unhappy with him are unhappy because of his PERFORMANCE. When Tubby supporters have regressed to playing the race card it is clear that they have no other ground left to stand on. Tubby's performance over the last 2 years has been atrocious. If you can't see that people are upset for that reason and not race, then you're blind.

My biggest concern about possibly replacing Tubby is simply this: Whoever they bring in to replace him, how long would UK fans give before they turned on him? If whoever they brought in didn't reach the FF with-in 4-5 years, everyone would be going crazy again. The UK job is the most thankless, lose-lose situation in all of college sports IMO.

Anyone that thinks Donovan is going to come to KY and get this kind of ridicule is crazy. To put it blunt Donovan has already failed at UK simply because the expectations that are set for him are out of sight.
