June 27, 200719 yr Northeastern Ky Royals 13U won their 2nd pool game vs. Virginia Beach yesterday and play the Memphis Ballers today. The Ville is also cruising in their pool winning yesterday 90-15 :walk: . Good luck to both as they appear to be headed for #1 seeds as championship bracket play starts tomorrow.
June 28, 200719 yr 13U NEKY Royals are a #1 seed and playing currently in the first round and the Ville lost last night by 2 but are in the championship bracket as a #2 seed. I'd hate to see them as a #2 thinking I got a good draw. If the Royals advance they meet the defending D1 national champs in the 2nd round.:eek:
June 29, 200719 yr The Ville have made it to the quarterfinals of the 13U/7th grade D1 national tournament with a win over the New Orleans Panthers . They will medal again this year. Does anyone know what happened to The Truth in D2? They either forfeited or got disqualified.

July 1, 200719 yr KB Hoops defeated the Mason Co. Royals in the consolation game of the D2 classic bracket. Congratulations to both teams for representing Ky in the D2 13U/7th grade nationals in Memphis.
July 2, 200719 yr KB Hoops wasn't from Kentucky. It was a misprint. The Ville finished 4th in Division I championship bracket and Mason Co. finished 4th in the Division II classic bracket. Congratulations to both teams!

July 5, 200719 yr Both The Ville and the N. Ky Tarheels made it out of pool play to the national bracket in the D1 12U/6th grade national tournament. The Ville won their pool going 4-0 and the Tarheels were second in their pool going 2-1. The Georgetown Thunder placed third in their pool and will be playing in the classic bracket.

July 8, 200719 yr Author I saw where GTown Thunder made it to the final 8 of the Classic bracket before falling to the team in the finals. Hoop Dr keep us posted when you get back with how the boys did.
