Cov Cath I hope.. Nothing is better than seeing their crowd down at Rupp Arena the 3rd weekend in March

CovCath or Holmes.........

The following teams should move on from their District to the Ninth Region:

NCC and Highlands from the 36th

CovCath and Holmes from the 35th

Dixie and ???? from the 34th

Boone and Conner from the 33th

It is such a shame that some really quality teams like St. Henry, Ryle/Conner or a Cov Holy Cross don't make the Region, but a Ludlow, Lloyd or Villa does.....

BTW, the first round match up of Holmes vs. Cov Holy Cross, and Boone County vs St. Henry could be some of the best first round match ups in the entire Commonwealth.....

CovCath or Holmes.........

Pretty thick limb you're on there, huh?;)

1. CovCath--They have the best team as we end the regular season.

2. Holmes--They have the best athletes, but still must prove they can be a good team.

3. Holy Cross--Finishing the season strong, but has to beat one of the above to even advance to regionals.

4. NewCath--With Kiernan back, I've got a feeling they could pull an upset or two, as they play good "D".

The Rest--Throw them in a hat, but I can't see anyone from the 33rd or 34th doing anything but providing an opponent in the regionals!!

I say Holmes wins it. I dont see why people keep saying they don't play as a team when they have had atleast 8 players in the box score the past 6 games and 3 have been in double figures every game. That's pretty solid if you ask me.

I agree with you. I have Holmes with a slight edge over CovCath to win the 9th.

Based on what? Even now that they are back at "full strength", they are only putting up about 50 per game against average competition??

Talent my good man!

I would hope Holmes just because I think it would be a shame to see all that talent only go to one state tourney...

Right now, I would go with Cov. Cath.
