Agree with you on Brown and Hendrickson. Really would not have done Higgins.

If there was a left tackle they could have signed with the Higgins money, then I would have been good with getting the left tackle.

Honestly, I wouldn't be against that. As they will have a bye week coming up after that, and would be the time to make that move if you were going to do it.

Miami may well be the first team to go both 17-0 and 0-17.

Chase suited up today in full pads. That is possibly a good sign. I guess we will here for sure tomorrow afternoon or Saturday morning.

If Taylor isn't fired, then how about the addition of an offensive coordinator. My opinion is Zack cannot manage a team and call the offensive plays all at the same time. As evidence in the Steelers game when they were struggling to get plays in quick enough a time out was burned on that final drive that shouldn't have been. Too much for one man to handle in my opinion.

There are plenty of head coaches that call their own plays, and even now a head coach that calls the defense stilll in Seattle. So there are plenty of teams who have done it and have been successful. The issue is unlike those guys, Zac Taylor was never proven to be a good coordinator before getting the head coach job. So it may not be that it is to much to handle, it may just be he simply isn't good at calling plays.

I'm guessing that's a wordy way to agree with me...I think.

I agree that would be good to have someone else call plays. I have honestly always thought Zac the head coach actually does a good job for the most part, it is Zac that play caller that is an issue. I just disagree with you on suggesting it is to much for him to handle. I don't think it is to much for him to handle calling plays and being a Head Coach. I just don't think he is good calling plays rather he was a head coach or not.

Chase and Higgins both active for the game. I would have let them rest. They might get injured worse today. Stupid move.

Bengals get the ball to start! What a return by Dohnte Myers! Now need to get 7 to start the game!

7-0 Bengals.

Touchdown Gesicki! Bengals led 7-0 just :58 seconds into the game!

Any speed at all by Myers and he would have scored.

Good to see the former Fin get the TD on the opening drive.

I don't know on that Lawrence penalty. He sort of got pushed towards the center.
