Week 2 of district play for both of these ball clubs and both are coming off of different weeks. Larue County enters 5-0 after beating Butler County 41-14 last week (41-0 at half btw), while Adair is 4-1 but had their first wake up call last week as they were down 42-7 at half to Glasgow and the final score ended up just that.

Larue has been a balanced football team this year with QB Brady Abell, a solid RB, and 2 big time receivers in Colvin and B. McDowell.

Adair is led by their dual threat QB Braxton Mckinney and RB Callum Darnell who both have been explosive this season.

They key in this one will be which team can slow down the others offense as both want to play with tempo and put up points.

As a Scotties fan this game should give me some idea of how good LC actually is. I think they are pretty good but I'm not sure how good.

They won a game against Green County 36-35. Last week Green County went to Somerset and was down 41-0 about 8 minutes into the 1st quarter before ultimately losing 60-0. I don't think Glasgow has anything to worry about in that game.

Good point.

I think LaRue County is a very solid football team. I do not think they will have any major problems with Adair County. I expect LaRue County and Glasgow to meet each other in a few short weeks with both teams sitting at 8-0. I have not seen LaRue yet, but I have seen Adair. Give me LaRue in this one.

Larue score wise has impressed me all year especially the 35-0 win vs etown. The 36-35 game vs green to me looks like the outlier but we will see soon. Larue 42 Adair 14
