Vandy 3 times in a row.......2 straight at RUPP! :mad: Don't worry LBC. :thumb: I'm a Tubby supporter....one of the best coaches we could have. I EASILY recall the past few season of Tubby-Ball with the records of 32 - 4 2003 27 - 5 2004 28 - 6 2005 The 3 Elite Eight and 2 Sweet 16 appearances. 5 SEC Championships. But this team and the SEC is playing very inconsistently. The cats could just as easily drop 3 games...allbeit to good to great teams. Right on with the bolded. How many games in the SEC has a team been up by double digits at one half to only lose it in the second half.
February 16, 200719 yr I would be happy if they finish with only two more losses. They are currently right on track for what I thought they'd get after the Florida game (of course, that's after one game ). My prediction then was that they would win out at home (LSU & Georgia), and go 1-3 on the road (Beat Bama, lose to UT, Vandy, and Florida). Vandy and Bama are the results that I could most see swinging either way. I really don't think UK is going to blow it against Georgia the way they did the first time, especially at home. LSU could knock UK off, but in Rupp and playing the way they are, I don't see it at this time. 3-2 from now on is what I EXPECT. Anything less is not acceptable at all. 5-0 is obviously what they need to shoot for but 4-1 is attainable, and it's really not that much of a stretch. I hope that whatever the case, they end up either #2 or #4 in the SEC East, because either would give them a good chance of making it to the finals of the SEC tournament.

February 17, 200719 yr I think they will go 4-1 with either a loss in Nashville or in the Swamp. I really think the Cats will have a very realistic shot at knocking off Florida at the O-Dome. The Cats seem to play with less pressure on the road, and the Gators seem to relax at home and don't play with as much passion. They seem to like it better when they are hated, than when they are cheered for. I think UK will finish strong, with either a loss to Vandy or Florida.
February 17, 200719 yr They are also very losable. Both Bama and Vandy will be favored. So you are basically picking UK to upset every team that is favored over them but Florida. Is it realistic to expect UK to beat Vandy on the road when they couldn't beat them in Rupp? I admire your optimism but you could be just a tad bit over optimistic. Yes it is very realistic to think....
