Just saw they start spring practice today, wonder what the expectations are there right now for them, could assume they will be a young team.

This job is posted again on their website. Anyone know what's going on in Warsaw?

That was quick. Did he make it out of spring ball if they had spring ball?

They are in spring ball right now, might be their last week.

The team page on X was still posting as of 2pm yesterday...although the most recent post mentioned the coaches who will be available for the distribution of shoulder pads today and did not include (former?) head coach Cody Smith among them.

One more week of spring ball from what I was told, waiting to get the actual story of what happened. Wild.

4 Head Coaches in 3 years has to be rough on the Gallatin Co. program.

Especially when there was 1 head coach for 18 years.

I think it starts with the admin and not really the Head Coach. Any of the past 3 at least.

Yes.  I feel bad for the kids.

I think you have to give Coach Browning credit. Not an easy job and a lot of the upgrades to facilities came at the end.

Have they had alot of admin turnover?

I don't know much about him bro honestly, I met him once and it was a quick exchange so what info you have on him I'd love to know and come up with my own questions. From my understanding, yes they have.

I know Rick Honaker was very happy there, and also talked highly of the Superintendent, AD, etc. The only real reason why he left, was because he got a chance to take over the school he graduated from.

I have no idea what happened though in regards to this change. Hopefully they can get someone that will stay and be there for awhile. I know the name Justin Franklin has been floated around in the coaching opening thread. However, with his tendency to move around, I am not sure if Gallatin should want to go that route. As it would be good to find someone who will stay and build that program.
