I’ll give you the injuries but they’ve been legit. He’s played three full seasons. One he went to Super Bowl, then AFC championship game and his third, he could have won MVP and may have with one more win.

You mean the guy that has been the DC for one of the worst teams in the NFL? During his tenure the Raiders have a 21-47 record. He has been there for the last 4 seasons His defenses in those 4 years have averaged giving up almost 350 yards a game and over 115 rushing yards per game. Plus, McCarthy is not bringing back beloved DL coach Karl Dunbar reports are he was very close with Heyward and he was not happy about it.

If you have to compare him to Zack Taylor that tells you all you need to know if all you worry about is the Bengals you will keep on getting the same results. I do however think that Taylor has been to a Super Bowl and a conference championship in the past 4 seasons the last time Mike has done either of those was 15 years for a Super Bowl and 10 seasons for a conference title. ?
