That’s three straight seasons missing the playoffs, with a combined record of 22-26.  
What a poor performance. One that will be remembered for revealing a lot about a lot. Non competitive. Embarrassed. They got punked and had their lunch money taken. Boos were heard throughout the game. 
It was the first shutout of Joe Burrow’s NFL career. It’s their first time being shutout at home since the 2017 opener. 
That’s four losses by 22+ points this season: 22 Ravens, 22 Steelers, 25 Broncos, 38 Vikings.  
Burrow threw a 95-yard Pick 6. The OL was abysmal. Penalties killed. Missed assignments aplenty. 
Kickoff temp: 10 degrees….Wind chill: -1. 
Flow: 0-0 after 1st, trailed 14-0 half, 17-0 to 4th.   
Offense:

As Ravens D dictated things, Zac kept looking at his sheet. He appeared so confused. It was so sad.

2nd drive: Chase tip into INT at Ravens 14. 
Burrow: 25-39-225, 2 INT. Pick 6 B-B weeks, 3 sacks .

Bad performance all the way around. Burrow looked confused today, which you don’t see happen with him. Just bad. 
 

To me though the biggest issue, and even more reason why they need to clean house with coaching staff and Tobin. Is how they literally tapped out after that last pick 6 and still 7 minutes left. While chances were slim that they could make a miracle happen. They simply chose to say were done, and didn’t even try to go get a quick td. Instead they ran the ball I think 6 times and were content running the clock out. When your coach also taps out, it is time to make a change. 

Time to clean house. This game helps make that happen. But what really will make it happen - season ticket sales are going to tank.

Zac Taylor does not prepare this team for any games period. He should be canned. Burrow's interview was not a gimmick. His play and body language today broadcasts he wants out of either football overall, or the Bengals. 

Either way, the Bengals org has destroyed one of the greatest college QB talents of all time. Bengals are a dumpster fire mess and lookout- my prediction will be that Taylor signs a 1-3 year extension.

Burrow came back too early. He isn't ready to play up to his capability. His play the past two weeks shows that. Or maybe since he started talking like Carson Palmer, he started playing like Mr. Pick Six Palmer.

He definitely wasn’t ready to come back. I wouldn’t be surprised if some ego came into play with it based on how well Flacco played a few games that he did.

I thought last week he played great besides one play. Today, physically I don’t think had much to do with his play. For one of the first time, probably since his rookie year he mentally looked confused. As the Ravens were two steps ahead of him all game. Which with the injuries, losing, he probably is mentally drained. 
 

Even more reason to clean house. He doesn’t need to go elsewhere for a fresh start. It could be here if they clean house.

In a normal NFL market, yes, if not lame duck status.  But this in Cincinnati, where even LeBeau got 3 seasons with the worst teams in Bengals history.
