Houston 20 Florida 16 at the under 8 timeout. The refs are sure letting them play they have played over 12 minutes and only 3 total fouls called so far. The 3 fouls have been all on Houston and the Gators have yet to be called for a foul.

The Cougars currently on a 8-0 run and led the Gators 29-21. Timeout Florida with 4:46 left in the first half.

For whatever reason, many forgot about Houston’s defensive toughness, myself included. Houston can definitely grind teams out regardless of how good or bad they are. They have done it against Florida so far and did it against Duke.

Florida has found a hole in the Houston D. They need to keep working that.

Officials missed a fairly obvious goal tending call on Florida.

Houston leads 31-28 at the half. A pretty fast half as there was only 4 total fouls called. The largest lead for Florida was 2 and it was 8 for Houston.

31-28 Houston.

Halftime.

Just atrocious passing by Clayton in this game. I’m not saying but maybe I’m hinting he’s got money on the outcome. He’s refusing to even drive to the hoop.

Houston off to a great start in the 2nd half as they led 42-32 at the under 16 media timeout.

Calling this 2nd half a lot tighter so far Florida already has 7 team fouls with over 14 minutes left to play. Houston has 3 fouls so far this half.

Well it looks like the refs felt they were not getting enough attention! They called a total of 4 fouls the first half and have already called 13 in less than 7 minutes into the 2nd half.

Florida is on a 7-0 run and have it down to 45-41 timeout Houston.

3 fouls in nine seconds. Neither team changed their styles from the 1st half.

The Florida run that they have been on was very needed with Clayton continuing to be a non factor.
