I know but it grabs my attention. 

Business day special with school in session and the threat of foul weather (even though it didn't his until evening) and you will always get this kind of crowd.   Same as it was down in the evenings because it's too cold for the casual fan to want to sit through a game.

MLB needs to shave a number of games off the season and start a few weeks later in the year.

I don't disagree but I wonder why they don't?  If this was a possibility,  my take would be to wait until the week after The Masters. College basketball is over, the BIG golfing event that kicks off spring is over and all you've really got left between then and football season is the end of the NBA season and the playoffs.

How are we expected to get different results from the same mediocre players.

Nobody can fault our starting pitching.  But our relievers are the same Gibaut, Moll, etc, bums that haven't been getting it done for the past few years.  Today was expecting them to trot Cessa out there.  Who is Barlow, and where did we rescue him from?

Elly's still striking out.  We ae still making base running blunders, and overall we are simply not championship caliber.

JMO, maybe the lifetime sub 240 hitter wasn't the best choice for a coach?  But again, Bell says it's still early.
