February 2, 200719 yr Road losses do not look good in the eyes of the NCAA Selection Committee. They have to win the conference tournament. That being said, they are left to do battle in the NIT.
February 2, 200719 yr I wouldn't count out Doellman and Cage just yet. Xavier is the class of the A-10 and have just as good of a chance as anyone in the conference to win 4 games. I say they win the A-10, and get in! Xavier has alwasy played the BIG games well in the last 4 years.

The year they made the Elite 8, they won on Daytons home court. And Dayton was a very solid team that year.

Just simply saying that they could very easy win the tournament, it seems like most on here dont give them a shot, which I think is a joke. They are a solid team, with alot of talent. And JD and Cages freshman year, even if they lose to Dayton in the finals they probably still get in, because of the St Joe's win. But your right at the beginnging of the year, i didnt think they would have to win the A-10 again, if they wanted to be dancing.
