Can you tell us more about the "Soccerama" format? Do we know which teams will be playing and the schedule?

For historical reference here was the schedule for the 2022 Soccerama games, if you were curious on who played in it last year.

As soon as this years schedule gets published I am sure I will post it on here.

I truly wish there was a discussion to be had.  Unfortunately, there are more questions than answers on the future of the Birds 2023 season and going forward.

Disappointed we are in this stage of uncertainty.  I have/had great expectations with the incoming Senior class.  We will have to see how this all plays out.

Until then who knows.....

Just the minor issue of needing to fill all the assistant coaching positions except possibly 1 PLUS the potential of a few key top players not wanting to play in the current environment.

But time will tell if all these things get sorted out for "the good" or "the bad".

I guess we will have to wait till July to find out potentially.

I like the Ryle vs Highlands game right out of the gate.  NCC and Conner should be a good one too!  

SK and Brossart will be a nice night cap for day 1.

Campbell will have a good team this year - I like their matchup with CovCath.

Cov Cath will have a young team this year.  I think they will be solid in terms of abilities, but it will be interesting to see how they match up physically.

NCC had a good group of seniors last year. I will be interested to see how they do with a younger team.
Conner returns a few starters from last year, but Conner has to find a way to score this year. The defense has a chance of being led by to sophomore center backs who will make mistakes early in the season but should be ready at the end.

Impressive two sophomores anchoring the defense.  Guessing that would be Mason Ginn and Kellen Faulkner?  I haven't seen Kellen play but I've seen Mason play before.  He's a solid player with good size and seems to enjoy the physicality of the game.  Great traits to have for a center back.  Conner has good coaches in place and a lot of young talent coming up.  Conner soccer is certainly trending up for the next few years.   

Ryle and Highlands could be an early preview of this years regional final. Ryle should have a great shot at repeating as 9th region champs. They are bringing back a lot of talent along with the best keeper in the region. 

Does anyone have any insight on Cooper and Dixie? I believe both teams lost a bunch, but being two of the stronger programs in the region the last few years this could be a great match to start off the NKY season!
