Will tickets be available at the gate or do they need to be bought online?

Ballard blocked a Male punt and FG and Male only scored one TD. That tells me they didn't have anyone who could block. St. X might be living in the Male backfield. The Male defense appears to be good but St. X offense better than Floyd Central (IN) and Ballard. I'll say St. X wins 21-7.

I know they sell them at gate but not sure about online.

All 3 of St. X classes seniors, juniors, and sophomores beat Male when they were freshman so overall don't see Male winning anytime soon. Freshman play this Thursday so we'll see how that goes.

Sweeney for Male will be the difference. If the Bulldogs allow him to carry the load then Male's offense will be more efficient but at a slower pace. Male's first drive against Ballard was really good. For Male to win they have to keep Sweeney involved to keep some of the pressure off the young OL in the passing game. I also guarantee in the pregame meeting with the officials Coach Wallace will point out Male's OL likes to get a bit too far downfield on their RPOs.

74-75 when Bill Glaser was the HC. 

X defense another level.  They faced a athletic quick offense in Owensboro and gave up 7.  I see X controlling this game.  Too many freaks on defense.

I think back to back talk won't be valid until seeing how they do against Male and Trinity. Those two are the gold standard in 6A as far as how you measure up.

With Ballard beating Male and the way some T fans talk about the program the back to back talk is on our minds.  I was teasing one of my Trinity Brothers last night and told him to get used to seeing this:

Agree. St. X defense is championship level, but the offense is still trying to find their footing in the early season. They have the pieces on offense just have to get them in the correct spots. 

Also, something to keep an eye out for is their punting game. Typically St. X has a good punter, but this year it looks like Zach Marks is punting the ball for them. He is doing fine, but it's nice to have someone who can flip the field for the defense consistently. 

Wonder why Boone isn't punting?  He showed a strong leg in the few times he punted last year and 2 years ago when he punted for the JV team.
