    Same. I think Male comes out fired up and keeps it competitive early before X's advantage on both lines takes over and the Tigers pull away.

    St. X's #3 WR from last year, Jackson Campisano, who hasn't played in first two games due to injury has returned to practice and may be available for Male game.

St. X vs. Male freshman game tomorrow at St. X at 5:30.  Male frosh beat Ballard 42-6 so this should be good game to see how good the young Tigers/Bulldogs are. St. X has win over Floyd Central (IN) which isn't much of a test. St. X two best freshman play varsity so I assume they won't play in this game.

Why the early morning practice? Heat related or a conflict with the soccer team practice on the field.

Freshman play at 5:30 so maybe because of that. I like it because allows team more recovery time so fresh on Friday.

They get out at 2:00 on Thursdays but can't practice until 3:00. Idea behind it is gives kids time to see teachers if needed.

    HUGE Football Friday tonight!

    I'll take the Tigers 24-10 tonight. Tiger offense does enough to keep the Bulldogs are arms length most of the night, and the Tiger defense is too much for the young Male OL in the trenches.
