What about elusiveness; Vic was one of the more elusive backs in KY, but he is not of Rainey's caliber; if he were, more schools would not want him to switch positions.
January 4, 200719 yr Allen and Goode were from last years class and are prepping. A lot of coaches do not report stats to get them ranked. Vic is definately a fine player and you take him however you can get him. Talent like his is when you find a place on the field for him. I just think that his size is the only thing holding him back from being dynamite.
January 4, 200719 yr Outside of Little, no way the others mentioined are better that Anderson. No way Anderson would come in as a frosh and be UK's #2 back next year. I don't care how good you all say he is. But I'll still take him, he'll just have to wait his turn like everyone else.:thumb:
January 4, 200719 yr Anderson will have a tough time finding a fit at RB at UK as many others have said. Goode is supposed to be very good, and Alphonso Smith is a young back that has run well and will be tough to beat out for time after Rafael is gone. I will take him if we can get him, but those that think Vic will play before his junior year without the help of injuries are probably fooling themselves.

Although Vic is ranked higher in his class this year then Goode was in his class last year, Goode's class was much much deeper then this years class with Vic. Goode was only ranked the #8 all purpose back last year but he was a 4 star prospect. Vic is #6 this year and is only a 3 star prospect.

Rivals' 4 star ranking of Goode includes a numerical ranking of 5.8 and Anderson's 3 star numerical ranking is 5.7. Additionally, Scout.com lists Anderson as a 4 star/30th top running back and lists Goode as a 3 star/94th top running back. (Rivals list both as All-purpose backs whereas Scout grouped both with running backs). FYI, Allen is listed on Scout.com as a 3 star/92nd top RB and on rivals a 3 star with a 5.6 numerical ranking.
January 6, 200719 yr He's fast enough, maybe not big enough. Vic would be better at (WR), he does not have the size to play with the speed and power that the SEC brings at the D line, and the hard hitting 245lb linebackers. I like VA, he's a real good football player with a great personality, but he need's to put on about 15 to 25 pounds too play running back in the SEC, and that's speaking for his well being. Vic I been there, and done that, trust me, one day we will all see you on Sunday playing football and I will back my words on that, but make sure you take care of your stock, don't give them a reason to lower your stock.:ylsuper:
