Is it me, or is UK got a much harder schedule next year?

No.. this year was definately an easy schedule for UK as far as getting wins. (yes.. their sagarin ranking is high, their road schedule was brutal, blah blah)

Sat., Sept. 1 EASTERN KENTUCKY - Home

LOCK (1-0)

Sat., Sept. 8 Temple - Away

LOCK (2-0)

Sat., Sept. 15 LOUISVILLE - Home

Depends on Bush/Brohm IMO. Loss (2-1)

Sat., Sept. 22 FLORIDA ATLANTIC - Home

LOCK (3-1)

Sat., Sept. 29 Arkansas - Away

Loss (3-2)

Sat., Oct. 6 South Carolina - Away

Could go either way, but I think UK gets revenge. (4-2)

Sat., Oct. 13 LSU - Home

Will be closer than this year, but LSU is good. (4-3)

Sat., Oct. 20 FLORIDA - Home

Leak is gone, but its still Florida. (4-4)

Sat., Oct. 27 MISSISSIPPI STATE - Home

LOCK (5-4)

Sat., Nov. 10 Vanderbilt - Away

Not a lock, but the Cats get the win (6-4)

Sat., Nov. 17 Georgia - Away

Georgia gets revenge at home. (6-5)

Sat., Nov. 24 TENNESSEE - Home

Eric Ainge will be dangerous next year. (6-6)

So 6-6 is pretty reasonable, and they get a shot at win #7 in a bowl game. If they play like they did against Clemson, they've got a shot at picking up an extra win or two in there somewhere (UofL, LSU, UGA, or UF).

-So I guess I see 5-7, UNLESS their defense is 100% better...we shall see, they may, get to a bowl game, but there is no way that they are better than 7-5.

I'm inclined to agree here. They'll have to win a swing game to make a bowl game, with the most likely one being at South Carolina. As odd as it sounds, the second most likely game for them to win would be when they host Tennessee. They'd better beat South Carolina.

That is what I think too, but UK always has a way of losing one they shouldn't and winning one they shouldn't. I see USC,Tennessee and Georgia as games they might win or lose.

Then why aren't we seeing Woodson projected as a high draft pick this year. If it was true then

They'll likely lose Brohm and Bush

this statement is totally false. Woodson's numbers came against a schedule that was bought and paid for to get him gaudy numbers, nothing more , nothing less. Brian Brohm has never lost a head to head game against Andre Woodson and there is no reason to believe that trend will change in the near future.

While you're crunching numbers how about taking into acount that Brian missed a few games.

I can't believe how many people think that they are going to beat Louisville now. Louisville is flat dominating this series, and their offense should be sick again next year, add that to an improved defense...come on folks.

I'm a big UK fan, and I don't see it. I also don't see beating UT. UT is returning Ainge who is extemely talented.

If anything, Florida and LSU will have new QBs, and Georgia will be relying on Stafford who'll be a sophmore.

Tebow will be good at Florida, but will be tested more when he can't rotate in and out.

If UK continues the improvement from this year, its POSSIBLE that they'll beat ANY team on the schedule. But next years schedule is tougher than this years, and 9 wins will be quite an accomplishment.
