Board of Trustees set to meet today to discuss "personnel matters." Thoughts? How will this affect Satterfield and the football program?

"They" already announced Satterfield would be back. Whether that came from Tyra's office or the President's office is still up for debate. There's a lot to unpack with this Tyra situation. 

If it's true he wanted to fire Satterfield and couldn't then was also forced against his wishes to suspend Mack, I'd probably want to leave too.

The other option is that he knew he was going to FSU, and he didn't feel like he should fire the coach and then leave. 

KSR reported that he had a agreement with Brohm to come but the President did not want to spend the money to make this happen.

Tyra has a non-compete, meaning he couldn’t be the AD at FSU unless Louisville allowed it.

I think he will be gone since President ties his hands. I don't think he wanted to suspend Mack so if boss doesn't let you do your job I would be gone too.

If the UL President is making athletic department decisions, good luck finding a good AD.

Why would they want him to stay if the Prez and him do not get along?

He's a Trinity grad. He's a smart man.

Rumor is UofL President is heading to Penn State.
