Bowling Green is a great program but they just haven't figured out their offense this year.  Made a qb change early in the season but they lost a lot from last years state title team.  Their defense will keep them in a lot of games but they just can't find the endzone against good teams.  They had 66 yards of offense in the first game with SW.  Just not the Purples year.  They will be back, but not Friday against SW.

A victory for BG and scoring 27 points? That's pretty optimistic. I'd be surprised if BG scores more than 7. I think 14 would be the absolute max. BG's offense is just bad this year. Between the youth and loss of talent, it's just not very good. 

BG is coming off a state title last year. And the next three seasons going forward are going to be really exciting for the Purples. This year is just a gap year. 

I think for BG to win will have to play nearly mistake free on offense and get a couple turnovers that puts the offense in good position to score. A lot of stars going to have to line up to pull the upset. 

I'm going to agree that BG is a top 10 team in 5A. Maxpreps currently has them ranked 7th in the state, ahead of Scott County and just behind Covington Catholic. I would say that's a pretty accurate assessment. I'm personally much more worried about the BG game than round 3, which should be South Oldham.

The other streaming option for BG games this year has been D93 radio's Facebook page, found HERE. With the game being at South Warren, I can't say for sure that they'll cover the game.

3rd and 8 very easy crossing route to conyers for first down.

South easily drives down to BG 20 then stalls and turns over on down.

BG punts.

South takes over at South 35 after a huge punts by Davis Fant.
