Kentucky at Mississippi State Predictions/Updates

The Cats coming off their week off will travel to Starkville to take on the Bulldogs of Mississippi State the game is scheduled to be on SECN at 7:00pm. The Cats will need to come into the game ready to play the team is have a very good year but they cannot take anyone other than maybe Vandy and New Mexico State for granted or they will walk away with a loss. However, I think this team can do that I look for them to come out on the road and take care of business. GO Cats!!

State seems like a weird team this year. Beat A&M, lost to Memphis, got crushed by Bama, played LSU close. Cats need to take care of business.

The Cats lost the coin toss Miss. State deferred so the Cats will get the ball first.

Cats started off moving the ball the first drive was stopped by a Levis interception. The defense responded with a hold and forced a State punt that was ran back 74 yards for a touchdown by Josh Ali the extra point is good. The Cats lead 7-0 with still 7:14 left in the first quarter.

It is nice to see Ali make a big play, we need more than Wan'Dale to step up.

I really like the helmet logo that Mississippi State is wearing tonight it is the same as their very good baseball program wears on the hats.

The defense has given up two big plays back to back a missed tackle and a big gain across the middle for State.

The Cats defense responds with a big sack that pushed State back and a 47 yard FG attempt is wide right the Cats will take over at their own 37 yard line.

Cats nice drive stalls and are luck that a Levis 3rd and 9 pass was not intercepted settle for a 41 yard Ruffolo FG. Cats lead 10-0 with 12:14 left in the first half.
