uknowho1
Shouldnt even of went to this one. SK won 69-13. I actually felt bad for the Williamstown kids. Most of whom didnt even seem like they wanted to be there. I think Junior Varsity took over for SK in the 2nd quarter.

NEERFAN
I wish SK didn't have to play the Demons twice, not much to gain by a game like this.
nkysportslegend
Williamstown didn't score until the second quarter. The score could have been much, much worse. I agree with NEERFAN, this game does the Pioneers no good.

captain
I wish SK didn't have to play the Demons twice, not much to gain by a game like this. Didn't anyone think about that when moving to the 8th ? Who must you schedule but 2 small Independent A schools , Grant Co .

Who must you schedule but 2 small Independent A schools , Grant Co . The sad thing is that SK could have stayed in the 9th had it made an effort. I understand that last year would not have been as good if they didn't make the switch but I still wish they were in the 9th.
True blue (and gold)
I wouldn't feel too bad for Williamstown. Karma eventually catches up with people.
nkysportslegend
I wouldn't feel too bad for Williamstown. Karma eventually catches up with people. Karma has absolutely nothing to do with it, the only way this score would have been closer is if SK would have held the ball the entire game, and even when they were holding Williamstown was trying to pressure the ball which resulted in SK having to shoot. I hope you're not implying the Simon Kenton did something wrong by playing how they did. It's not their option to play this game, and they have to make an effort. If Simon Kenton's JV took over in the second quarter, I don't see much else for the Pioneers to do. I really, really hope you're not placing blame on SK for this.

Italian Stallion
agreed Once again, are you saying Simon Kenton is at fault for this?
uknowho1
SK did nothing wrong in this game. They could of put up 125 to 150 pts if they wanted to. As for the 13 pts, sorry if the Pioneers didnt step aside and just let Williamstown have layup lines. It's not SK's fault that Williamstown is that bad. hoopsrbest
The fault should be with the KHSAA for not having enough guts to be for kids. If they really believed in the best interest of high school students they would have classes. I know it would mess with the religious ceremony in March at Rupp Arena, but young people should be the major focus. A class system is the only fair way.
