I give you the Cardinals game because that is most definately an important return but the rest are questinable. 3 more no way......his returns were vs.: Packers: 26-0 Arizona: 24-23 Giants:38-20 Vikings:23-13 Rams:42-27 Based on these scores where are the 3 loses that he prevented by himself? In the St. Louis game he got schooled by Torry Holt for TD so he actually gave one back.

Without both scores the other night, one can argues Hester's TDs prevented a tie ball game (St. Louis missed an XP). Against 'Zona... pretty self explanatory Increasing a lead from 3 to 10 points against the Vikings (when Chicago was having a hard time scoring) can mean a whole lot. I am not sure if "prevented losses" is the correct phrase, but rather "secured wins" might be a better way of saying it.
December 14, 200619 yr Well on Monday Night we all know they were dominating when he returned the second...they were actually considering onside kicking that one..... The Vikings game was in Hand when he returned that as well....the only game he really won by himself was against Arizona....

Lawson SF 2 I realize this year Wimbley doesn't even deserve consideration for ROY, but in a normal year these numbers would probably good enough to get some serious consideration to win the award. This just shows how great this class is, and how much we should appreciate it. As I said before, if I had a vote it would be between Young and Hester.
