UofL=Elite, and not just on the field

I'd be more impressed if this weren't written by a Courier-Journal columnist.

Tom Lemming has nothing to do with the Courier-Journal. The quotes are attributed to him and other recruiting experts.

We shall see, Im still skeptical. Peanut Whitehead was a start in the right direction, but they have to build on it and continue to get players of that caliber. That haven't been able to consistently do that yet outside of Jefferson County.

Also UL fans can cross 4 star RB Quinten Castille of your wish list, he has decided to stick with Nebraska after flirting with the Cards.:p

The point is he flirted. Louisville is in the heads of the top recruits, we weren't but only a year or two ago.

They are getting there I agree. But to the point that they are landing them is yet to be seen. Also the reason he flirted is because NU already has 4 RB's on the roster that play and have 2 other RB commits this year and he was worried about being moved to FB.

Did it take an article by Demming to convince you that you had a good program?

Pretty tasting apples, they go real well with a little deep fried bird!!;)

So your admiting Louisville has a top "program". Great:thumb: I agree as well.

:thumb: :thumb:   I am frankly suprised that their own fans had to read it to figure that out. I mean I know that when their university library burned down they lost all 5 books and even the ones with pictures and all ............but I would think that "word of mouth" would had spread that U.L. had a pretty good program.......LOL.

This thread is not tell tell us (Louisville fans) that we had a top program...We know that...   It was to let the outsiders know that someone outside of the Louisville fan base believes so too...;)

I was just about to say... Who said the UofL faithful needed convincing? We're well aware we're elite, we just like to stuff it in everyone elses face.:D;)

Why would I not admit it? I don't approach things with the same attitude as some others I know:rolleyes: . I give credit when it is due. I don't bash a program or player just for the simple fact I don't like them. I despise Louisville, they do have a good program but I didn't have to read an article in the paper to make me believe it.

That's funny right there!!!:D -- I don't care who you are, that's funny.

I know U.L. has a good program w/o reading the Louisville Courier pet cage liner :D . I dislike them regardless and always will but I do acknowledge that they have a good program.
