I would assume a post-season ban and reduction of scholarships for a few years. Both of which are stupid, but I digress.

Apparently at the bottom of that report it also acknowledges all the changes UofL has made since this incident.

It takes 10 years to clean up after Jurich and Pitino. Mack will get through it, definitely a setback, but he will weather it.

One thing being made clear, UofL will not just roll over and take whatever the NCAA gives like they did the first time.

 

Will that make any difference? Likely not.

UofL has not self-penalized regarding this event.

 

The President, AD, and former coaching staff are all gone, but other than that UofL has not self-imposed anything.

 

UofL self-imposed a post-season ban last time, and they still took the banner. Don't look for UofL to take that route again, especially considering literally nobody is still here.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Kenny Johnson and Rick Pitino, both of whom are head coaches at new schools now.
