Part of me thinks Vince is the kinda guy who likes to remind everyone of what he’s doing, then gets showered with compliments and stays. 1 million is the only reason he’s considering it.

February 13, 20206 yr Author Actually, 4 million it sounds like. True, over 4 years. So it’s 4 mill vs 2.6 mill total value. UK is gonna bump him up to around 3, so it will only being a few hundred K annually for him to start over. Sparty might need to go 1.2 or 1.3 annually if they want to close Marrow.

If he leaves, it will be because he wants to work with his friend. He’s already working with his friend. He interviewed at Youngstown State, a job he wasn’t taking, now he’s talking to Sparty, two schools in one off season. He wants a raise and honestly deserves one.
