That makes a lot of sense.

This could be tough for anybody coming in. Reports are saying mass transfers after a players meeting with AD.

Norvell would be better off at Memphis than trying to fix Ole Miss if all these guys transfer. I really think some of these schools need to hang in there rather than dumping these coaches. No matter how good the coach it's about PLAYERS. The coaches sure as heck do not forget everything they knew to get those big jobs. It takes some TIME!
