Highlands defense was outstanding and CovCath defense was phenomenal. Defense wins championships, period.

 

CovCath is where Highlands use to be, very disciplined, extremely well coached and has a way of beating a team 13-0 and knowing they were never in danger of losing.

 

I have a problem with the Highlands taunting and unsportsmanlike penalties. I get it, these are kids and it’s an emotional game but the Blueboys kept their cool and are disciplined and carried themselves like a Champion does.

 

At Highlands you earn respect from your opponents not because of the uniform you wear but how you act when you wear it...

Btw, BW is an outstanding defensive coordinator to hold CovCath to 13 points.

To my point. Great teams don’t show all of their cards and still beat you.

 

I have seen Dale do this for a lot of years and make teams think “man we had them” or “we were in this thing” when you really were never even close.
