Who wins the battle of Greenup County? The Rams have owned the series in this matchup. Raceland comes in at the #4 team in Class 1A. Greenup County is just outside the top 10 in 3A.

With two great QB's and Defensive play-makers, this game should be fun.

The difference proves to be Gunnur Lewis, constantly getting in open spaces.

Greenup plays well, but can't keep the Rams from being off to the Races.

I like Raceland by 3 td's or more based on preseason play.

Despite having a D1 QB and some good skill people, Grizzle hasn't found a way to put points on the board against his old school. You've got to wonder if the familiarity between Grizzle and the staff at Raceland plays a big roll in that. In three games vs. Raceland, Sammons is 27/67 (40%) for 267 yards with 2 TDs/4 ints. The Rams have had his number like no other except maybe Johnson Central.

 

The Heighton to Lewis/Cox connection is going to be fun to watch this year and I think they waste no time in getting things rolling. Give me the Rams by 3-4 TDs.

West Carter scored 7 TDs on during their scrimmage with Greenup. Rams offense will be to much for Greenup! Raceland by 20+

Here I is, lol. I've had a rough time lately. My mother passed away last Friday, and that followed the loss / death of my best friend the week before. BGP members may remember him as "C'villecat" from several years ago, his name was Keith Lacks.

Anyway … I may not be posting as much as before, this M.S. has worsened, fine motor skills (typing, writing, etc.) has declined. I know that's tmi but I am here, for now. :thumb:
