Is this the place that was Germantown Pizza back in the day, in the strip mall across from Holmes before you go up the hill? If so, kudos to putting your money into the community, but what a weird location for your first slice-house.

I disagree. Many Bengal fans wanted him gone well before he was gone. It was one thing to give him a chance initially. However everywhere Pacman goes, trouble seems to follow. That's not a coincidence.

 

The same fan base that continues to make excuses for Pete Rose and begs for inclusion in the HOF, despite the fact that he flat out lied to everybody for 20 years.

 

I get that he's got a really checkered past. But he also has done a lot of charity work, and is currently (literally) putting his money where his mouth is. Pretty much all everyone knows about the guy is what the media tells us. My guess is those calling him "worthless" or a "thug" haven't done any research on his other interests outside of football, what charities he donates to, or how he takes care of his friends and family...or heaven forbid, actually met the guy. Quite honestly, I haven't either. But I hope his business is successful, as he can add a lot of value to that community. Wishing failure on the guy isn't just hurting him. Again, he's certainly no saint, but I think it's a pretty safe bet that he's a better dude than you think he is.

Correct. I don't remember it being Germantown pizza (I'm not from this area), but did stop into Giuseppe's a couple times (it wasn't very good). From what the article said, Jones gets his hair cut at the barbershop next door, so that's the connection as to why he chose to open there. It's close enough that I'll give it shot, and if it's good, I can see going there a few times a year.

End Zone Pizza just had their grand opening this weekend in what recently was Giuseppe Pizza right near Holmes High School, and also in my neighborhood.

 

I can tell you with all certainty that I will never step foot in the place. I just cannot patronize the establishment of such a worthless piece of crap. :no:

It is the same location where Germantown used to be. Germantown was very good food. Giuseppe's not so much.

The only difference between this establishment and the others that you go to is that Pac Man’s past is known. I’m sure you unknowingly give your money to pieces of crap every day of your life.
