Why do people think they can go at billion dollar corporations in this way and come away with anything positive? They will ALWAYS have better lawyers than you. And if they are doing something shady on a "significant" level, I promise there aren't any lose ends. Or at least very few.

 

The funny thing is if he would of just asked for a payout for his client it is probably a legal business practice. What was illegal was him asking for 20 million for himself to be a lawyer who investigated the corruption for them. If they didn't he would use his bully pulpit to cut billions off their market cap. Department of Justice isn't going to look kindly on anyone threatening to mess with the market.
