Campbell County 59 Cooper 53

Good win for the Camels.

Senior Night for the Camels.

Both teams turned the ball over too much.

That may be in part due to the defense each team played.

Both teams missed too many easy baskets.

Neither team had a stellar night at the Charity stripe.

Cooper never let up, but Campbell had an answer each time the Jags made a run.

That being said, the Camels never let up either, and the Jags for the most part, answered each run by Campbell County.

Jags just couldn’t get over the Hump.

Pretty cleanly played game all things considered I think. Camels only had 10 turnovers and Jags were about there as well. That was one of the more physical games I’ve seen this season. Both teams battled and no backdown from either. Big time win for the Camels on their senior night.

Both of these teams are well coached, and played very disciplined. They both ran their offense well, and both coaches used their time outs wisely.

The officials let them play, not many Ticky tacky fouls.

Camels bench had a good night as usual.

Kudos to coach Russell for giving all of his seniors ample playing time on senior night.
