Everyone better watch out for Miami...

 

True but I think Miami is the team the that will help us out more than anything. I dont see them winning out and that is the thing they need to do to probably make the playoffs, because one more loss and their done. But they get to play the Jags and the Jets again I believe so if they knock those two teams off they really will be helping the Bengals team out which I would love...

Wild Card update:

 

Denver/Kansas City at 7-4 hold the two wild card spots.

 

The Bengals at 6-5 are tied with Jacksonville, (great job Buffalo) and the Jets.

Buffalo and a hard-charging Miami team is 5-6.

 

Denver has lost two in a row and host Seattle Sunday night on NBC then travel to San Diego. Add in the fact that Denver may be starting a rookie QB on Sunday and there is a realistic chance they drop the next two games.

 

Count a win for KC this weekend as they have the Browns but the following two weeks they could drop those games. Ravens and then at San Diego.

 

So in two weeks from today, Denver could be 7-6 and KC 8-5 looking at going to San Diego.

 

Bengals pull the victory on Thursday and they could very easily be tied with KC at 8-5 going into Indy. The Denver game is looming as a potential get into the playoffs game.

 

I wouldn't give KC the win right away against the Browns. The Browns played terrible against us, and I really think they will play better this week and cant play much worse. Also Trent Green has not looked that great coming back, but of coarse the have LJ which no team is really going to just shut down. But I really think the Browns might beat KC this week...

Indeed, Alexander may not be playing for his home town team, but if he plays hard and get's the W, he could still be a big help to them.

With the Denver loss now we would be the #5 seed and would play the Patriots first and then the Chargers most likely. So that road wouldn't be much easier...Either way though I would just love to have that problem because that would mean were in the playoffs and have a chance...:thumb:

They are IN and have a strong conference record. Add in the fact that they sit with the opportunity to beat Denver and further cement their chances.
