Agreed, but, it's not like any are playing weak higher seeds....

Which would make them winning even more impressive -- right? I didn't get the "but," sorry.

Newport shocks Mercer co.

I picked Lex Cath. over Franklin Co. but this is the game i'm the most unsure about, i think this is the second best game this weekend behind CCH and the team from Ft. Thomas. I think Franklin Co. can win this one, it depends if Ammons has a good game like I think he will and if the Franklin Co. D can stop the talented Lex Cath receivers.

HIGHLANDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great your a highlands fan. Just write in regular font. Noone cares how big you write it.

Highlands over CovCath

X over H

There is one battle in the Kentucky football playoffs that should the lower seed win will be one of biblical proportions. A modern David and Goliath story when Ashland travels to Painstville to take on the heavily favored Johnson Central Eagles. Ashland merely hopes to reach into it's sack and find that perfect stone to cast at the mighty giant from the mountains to be more than just a speed bump on their certain road to the carpet at Pappa Johns stadium in Louisville. A regular season pounding by the JC Eagles should be sufficient enough to keep the Tomcats from wanting to endure the same result but these Cats seem more focused and more determined now than in October of their last meeting and are hopeful to not get caught between a rock (stone) and a hard place.

Something tells me you really relish the Tom's underdog role... The metaphor reminds me of those used by Ashland fans when Ironton is the upcoming opponent.

 ;)

St X over Male

Only in your dreams

I think Male will have a difficult time beating St. X twice in the same season. After their very slow start, St. X gained lots of momentum in their first meeting, even in defeat.

I look for St. X to get out of the blocks quickly and beat the Bulldogs.

GRC over Lincoln Co...I hope...:D

Great win for GRC:ylsuper:

Nice pick gs...there weren't too many who went out on that limb, especially with how the regular season game went...
