Final

Hang in there Boone County.

Final was 55-14. Boone is really struggling.

The Birds rested some sick guys tonight. Good to see some other receivers/backs get some quality action.

That was the most embarrassing game I have been to.

Boone had six or 7 fumbles. The first several occurred deep in Boone's territory giving at least 21 points (through fumbles) to Highlands in the 1st quarter. Granted, the Bluebirds had to score after getting the ball but they were provided a lot of opportunity. That was a really frustrating game to watch.

Shout out to Freshman QB, Sam Brown, who plays with a lot of heart. He came in later in the game and did admirably.

I chose to stay home.

This is one of those one-siders talent wise that should not be played unless they are district opponents.

The KHSAA has 55 to 15.

I am not saying you are wrong but I want to make sure we all get it right.

Anyone?

It was 55-14, After it was 48-0 I went to watch the world series double header. Just went to You Tube and played the last 2 minutes. After HHS went up 55-7 Boone County returned the kick off and kicked the extra point, 55-14.

It was definitely a good thing to rest some starters. I don’t think any starters played in the second half for Highlands at all.

I thought Cramer looked good. Relaxed fluid throws on target.

Boone actually has some athletes. Especially #5 and #6. The bad offense scheme doesn’t utilize them. I’d be running a read option with those two all day. It would give teams fits. To run a power offense, you have to have size. BC just doesn’t have it. Staff needs to adjust to the players they have.
