I dont hold much in the raiders poor record because of their hard schedule. With a cougar win, the statement is they shouldn't be overlooked, they've gotten better and can compete with fellow 6a schools.

I'm terribly upset that Boones coaching staff doesn't discipline the same player(s) for committing personal fouls every game. Could've cost the win tonight.

It was definitely a hasty comment that I should've kept to myself. At the time I was upset about our offensive play calling and pass coverage scheme. Im probably over passionate about this year. imo this is the most talented group of kids in maybe the last ten years. It really is an extraordinary combination of upper classmen that have only won two games in their high school career and talented underclassmen that what to make the Rebels strong again.

If you would give Boones coaching staff a jar of peanut butter, a jar of jelly and a loaf of bread. I don't believe they could make a sandwich!

Let's not put too much emphasis on Boones past or their loss to Conner last week. This is the most talented Rebel team in many years. Different kids every season, same coaching staff, same results. Could the newest addition to the coaching staff be the savior?

Boone definitely can't be overlooked in this game. Going into the Conner game the Rebels varsity had only two quarters of scrimmage. Despite the absence of their best lineman, Boone ran the ball impressively against Conner. I won't make a prediction on who wins but it has the ingredients to make a very exciting battle.

On the play where Boone ran to the 20 yard line. There should of been a flag thrown on the helmet to helmet tackle. I'm not saying a dirty hit, only unnecessary beings it happened at the sideline. The flag that was thrown was for a block in the back against Boone. That was a horrible call. It was a side block. After that play it should have been Boone ball on the 5 yard line first down.

I believe Boone and Conner are more evenly matched than what the final score shows. Conners passing game was the best but Boone had the stronger running game. Emotions were high and Conner appeared to win that part of the game also. Many questionable flags were thrown also.

My prediction was made on Boones strengths not Conners weaknesses. I sure didn't mean to offend anyone.

It was my prediction. If you had a problem with my prediction you should have asked at that point.

Maybe the question should be, Is the Ryle program lacking in QB development? Ryle has a descent program but let's not compare them to the elite programs.
