I agree. It's a known now that both teams will face each other. It's not like the statement was made prior to the Dixie/Ryle game being complete.

 

As a side note, I'll bet anyone that the Ryle/Campbell prediction thread will get closed at least once. :lol:

Boone returned opening kick for first score. Second score was INT. return for TD. I felt CC was the better team tonite, moved the ball much better than Boone. Sauerbeck(sp?) was everywhere on defense, man he is good. This was the first time I saw CC this season. They really mix things up well on offense with screens, draws, quick hitch's and slants to keep Boone offbalance on D, for the most part. The TD to Franzen was a skinny post where the safety let him go by because he tried to help on Griffin who was running an out. Great read and call by CC he was wide open. CC had 3 TD passes in the endzone that could have gone either way. The first was tipped twice then the guy who caught it was laying on his back and it fell into his arms. The second it looked like it was going to be picked but the receiver reached around the defender to make the catch. The third to Griffin the safety was right there to pick it or deflect it but turned and let the ball go right in front him, from my angle had an easy play on the ball.

 

I definitly got my 5 bucks worth and more.

Geat job Camels, not playing very well on both sides of the ball and still winning this game can only be a confidence builder. The boys have yet to play their best game, that's scary. We will need the best game next week against ryle if we want to move on.

On the do over down I was really close to the field for that play.

I did not here a whistle to stop the play until after the kick returner

was tackled.
