Male (5-0) travels to Butler (4-1) after defeating 4A Western 43-0. Butler defeated 5A Doss 62-13. Last year Male defeated Butler 35-6. Does Butler have enough weapons on offense to pull the upset?

I’m looking forward to seeing how this game goes. I’m sure that Male is expected to win without much trouble but it could be a good game. Good luck to both teams.

Indeed, overlooked that one and posted regular season result. My bad.

Butler has talented players that can match up with anyone. This is a rivalry game these kids went to middle school together. I think this Traditional School Bowl is always overhyped. Male has a solid advantage in line play. If the Bulldogs play with any tempo they should win by a few scores.

With two defensive starters out for Male, can Butler be the first team to score a touchdown on the Bulldogs?

What do you think about this one, @TheDeuce? Would like to hear your thoughts.

I expect Male to win by a couple scores. Butler can definitely give them a game, but I'd be surprised if Butler were able to pull off the victory.

I think difference in game is Male’s defense is much stronger than Butler’s defense. Male will be going into a hornets nest, so Male better be prepared to match Butler’s enthusiasm.

I agree with this! But Butler really should be 5 and 0 also. That last play hale mary should have been defended. But I guess that goes back to Male's defense is better than Butlers.

With that said, I wouldn't underestimate the Bears at home! But I still couldn't pick them in the poll!

Just a few names to watch on Butler's team-Tae Tae Crumes-WR, Chaz Burks- QB, Frank Caldwell-WR-P, and Eric Jackson-RB. Male was beat up in the playoff game last year- sorry to hear that they are missing 2 defensive starters.

DeSales transfer Jordan Watkins is eligible again this week for Butler. He was cleared to play on the 7th against Fern Creek, but I believe there was a challenge in the case that has been cleared once again.
