The shooter was wearing a suit.

I'm hearing Police shot the shooter. And he's dead.

CNN reporting that the police have the suspect detained.

 

Yeah, I've seen reports the suspect has been detained, and reports from Fox19 that the suspect is dead, so who knows.

 

Either way, they've been neutralized.

Fox 19 confirming shooter is dead. Not sure if that is one of the two confirmed.

 

If the shooter is dead, he died in custody. City councilman PG Sittenfeld tweeted about an hour ago that the shooter was in custody in critical condition.

Call came in at 9:10am

 

Individual entered the loading dock and started firing, then proceeded to the lobby.

 

Exchanged shots with officers in the lobby.

 

Three of the five victims have died, plus the shooter.

Per the Cincinnati PD's twitter, the shooting took place in the lobby and loading dock.

Police chief just confirmed shooter is dead, as well as 3 of the other 5 victims.

I have a meeting in the building across the street next week. Girlfriend works just a couple blocks away.

 

Sounds like CPD’s response was swift and this obviously could have been a lot worse if the violence had made it out on to the street.

Channel 12 was reporting this was possibly a disgruntled ex employee. An old friend of mine works in that building and was outside when the shots started flying, and is ok, but is quite shaken up.

Hell...I've got 4 good friends who work in that building.

 

All 4 of them are in good shape, thankfully.

I work a few blocks away - our Company was advising us not to go outside. Rumors already circulating about a group of employees were let go just yesterday.
