Estill has been improving each game, with the addition of the kid from Calfornia. Estill should be favored to win this game. Being senior night at Powell we could see a upset.

Well i know that Estill has been on a great path at the end of the season but i could see emotions running high for powell county. But i still see Estill getting the win 24-16. Good luck Engineers

Powell gives Estill a scare this weekend. They win the first half 14 to 0. But Powell turns in around in the second half and wins 35 to 14.

Who does Estill open their season with next season? They were scheduled to play Garrard County in the Death Valley Bowl in Stanford. Estill dropped and Washington County was added in their place.

 

Also, while Estill can't make the playoffs this year, they have shown marked improvement. I look for a much improved squad next year, as well.

You're right gchs there will be a lot of excitement in Irvine going into next season.

Estill should win this game handily. And the folks in Grayson will be rooting for the Engineers. An Estill win gives East Carter the 4th spot in the playoffs regardless of their outcome with Morgan Co Friday night. If East were to lose to Morgan, it would actually create a 3 way tie between East, Estill and Morgan for 4th. East would win the tie-breaker. If East wins, they are in automatically with 4 district wins.
